The terms governing your use of Smart Connect Hub.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Connect Hub platform ("Service"), operated by SmartTSense Connect Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.
You must use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including UK data protection law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Access is provided on a subscription basis as agreed in your order. Fees, billing frequency, and any trial terms are set out at sign-up.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where you use the Service to process personal data of your service users, you act as data controller and we act as data processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and updates from time to time.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
Either party may terminate in accordance with the subscription agreement. On termination you may export your data as described in the Service.
